Orders are processed within 24 hours on all stock products. Our standard delivery carrier is UPS ground. Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or
APO addresses. All shipping is inside the continental United States only.

TalkTwoWay is headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina and most products are distributed from this location. The standard delivery time
on most orders for the East Coast is 2-3 days, 3-5 days for the Midwest and approximately 8 days for the West Coast. To view the UPS

All TalkTwoWay orders are shipped with standard UPS insurance and without a signature required. If you would like to customize these

cannot assume any responsibility for issues relating to the shipment and delivery by UPS. If there is an issue with your shipment, including

RETURNS & WARRANTY

All sales are final. Please note that we do not accept returns. In the event of warranty repairs or replacements please send a copy of the sales
invoice or receipt along with the product to the following address below. Please include all contact information along with a brief description
of the issue with the product. Warranty repairs are typically estimated to have an 8-12 day lead time once Talktwoway.com receives the product
in-hand from the customer. Customer must pay for inbound shipping. Talktwoway.com will cover outbound shipping to customer at no charge
once the warranty repair is complete. Please contact us in the event that the product is out of warranty to find out about our repair service solutions.

ORDERING

TalkTwoWay processes all orders received Monday – Friday within 24 hours. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the
