Items that are not in stock are ordered directly from the manufacturer, and can take anywhere from 3 days to 12 weeks to arrive at our warehouse, depending on the manufacturer. Risk of Loss

All items purchased from TalkTwoWay.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Sales Tax

SALES TAX is only applied to North Carolina Addresses. Customers purchasing from talktwoway.com who reside outside of the state of North Carolina will be exempt from paying sales tax.
