Shipping & Delivery: Our standard delivery carrier is UPS ground. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO addresses. All shipping is inside the continental United States only. The standard delivery time on most orders is typically 8-10 business days.
Returns & Warranty: All sales are final. Please note that we do not accept returns. In the event of warranty repairs or replacements please send the product to our warehouse located at 4800 Reagan Dr. Charlotte, NC 28206. Please include all contact information along with a brief description of the issue with the product.
